The chef provided the food and service for my wife's 60th birthday. We had a Latin American theme for the food since my wife's parents are from Panama.
Chef's Latin American cuisine didn't last long for our 30+ guests who were raving about all of his courses. He also provided two servers who greeted guests with their choice of white or red Sangria, and also made by the Chef.
His entire crew was very professional and made sure our partygoers had everything they needed, all of the time.
